The company
Established over 40 years ago this highly respected Tier 1 contracting business are highly regarded throughout NSW. They have a global presence and have a large office in Sydney with 3 other offices located elsewhere in the state. They specialise in the Rail/Roads/Dams/Ports/Building sectors and are experiencing a high volume of new projects coming through with their projects valuing anything from $100M to $4B.
The role – Contracts Administrator 
Due to a recent successful tender they are looking to hire a mid level Contracts Administrator on a project based in here in Sydney located close to the CBD. The project is a $2B tunneling project working on Sydney Metro which will run for 3 years. 
They are ideally looking for someone from the Sydney area and comes with major infrastructure experience. 

What you need
To be considered for this role of Contracts Administrator you will have:

  • Worked for a similar size tier 1 contractor here in Australia
  • Have 4 years plus as a CA
  • Worked on projects of $100M plus
  • Have strong negotiation skills
  • Have stability on your CV
  • Defence experience would be an advantage but not essential
  • A completed Construction Management degree
  • Able to work in team environment
  • Be well presented and a good communicator to clients and sub-contractors
  • Eager to succeed
