Join a well known mid-tier builder that has a strong pipeline going into 2023, good systems and strong financial backing. Work across both commercial and residential projects valued to $100M

Working closely your Project Manager and site team this position will cover all aspects of Contract management - this includes pricing, scoping trade packages, letting contracts, progress claims, variations, cost reporting through to project closeout stages.

You will be based on site on the Northern Beaches on a $10M aged care facility.
Salary will be reflective of your experience, however can expert figures of between 120K – 140K

Duties / responsibilities
  • Support the project team administering contracts throughout the project lifecycle as required
  • Assisting with all aspects of project establishment, procurement, delivery, commissioning and handover.
  • Assists in the preparation, review, and administration of contractual proposals relating to trades packages
  • Strong focus on managing variations and monthly payments
  • Assist management and tracking of project expenditure against budget
  • Help administer the head contract in conjunction with the Project Manager  
Key requirements  / skills
  • Construction / Engineering related degree
  • Experience working with a tier one or two builder on commercial projects in excess of $10M
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • High computer literacy – including knowledge of cheops
