Contract Administrator – Facade Remedial Projects (Short-Term Contract) Location: South Sydney 
Contract Type: Short-term contract
Start: ASAP
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join a reputable builder delivering facade remedial projects. This is a short-term contract role, ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and provide immediate support across commercial and contract administration functions.
The Role Working closely with the project team, you will assist with:
  • Management and assessment of variations and claims
  • Subcontractor progress claims and cost reporting
  • Contract administration support across live facade remedial works
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation and records
  • Liaising with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors
About You
  • Previous experience as a Contract Administrator, ideally on facade, remedial, or building works
  • Strong understanding of variations, claims, and contract processes
  • Confident using Procore project management systems
  • Ability to work independently and contribute immediately
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
