What You’ll Do
- Support Project Managers with budgeting and financial project tasks.
- Provide timely reports
- Submit and track progress claims, administer site payments, and process them using financial reporting software
- Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, insurances, and final accounts.
- Assess risks, review tenders, and support claims and disputes.
- Oversee procurement schedules and subcontractor agreements.
- Ensure insurance and contract compliance.
- Collaborate with consultants, prepare handover manuals, and support Practical Completion.
- Degree in a relevant discipline - Construction Management
- Strong technical knowledge of project software, BCA, and project planning.
- Strong negotiation skills and local sub-contractor and consultant relationships
- Experience working in the tier two environment on projects in excess of $10M
