The senior management do not take ill-advised commercial risks which results in a harmonious environment for the project team

The Position 

Seeking Junior/Intermediate Contract Administrator based in their impressive office in North Sydney with 2+ years of experience.
 Initial roles and responsibilities include:
  • Identify and prepare lists of suitable subcontractors for project trades
  • Preparations of tender packages (Inc. Scope of works, drawing documents, specifications & reports)
  • Issue final subcontracts & agreements
  • Preparations of cash flows and managements of accounts
  • Prepare progress claims & variations
  • Liaising with Client Representatives & External Project Managers
  • Assist in the preparation and review of Cost Reports
Working in conjunction with the Project Manager and site teams you will be responsible for overseeing projects from procurement stages through to final accounts including assisting with monthly forecasting. 

Ideal background
  • Construction Management degree or related 
  • Experience working with a commercial mid-tier builder
  • Experience working across projects from procurement through to final accounts
  • Experience with Jobpac and a high level of computer literacy
  • Excellent communication skills
