About Us
We’re a small, dynamic commercial builder specialising in high-quality office and retail fit outs. With several exciting projects underway, we’re looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team on a short-term contract basis.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in the successful delivery of fast-paced commercial fit out projects. This is a hands-on role that requires strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review and manage subcontracts, purchase orders, and variations
  • Assist with project budgets, cost tracking, and progress claims
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
  • Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures
  • Support the project team with administrative and financial project requirements
About You:
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial construction or fit out projects
  • Strong understanding of contract and procurement processes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Able to work independently in a small, close-knit team environment
  • Available for an immediate start
