Job Title: Contract Administrator – 3-Month Contract (View to Extend)
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team on an initial 3-month contract, with a strong possibility of extension. You will be joining a high-performing team working on the closeout phase of a major  project, with opportunities to continue on upcoming industrial or infrastructure projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contract documentation, progress claims, variations, and subcontractor packages
  • Support the project team in finalising the closeout phase of a major project
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure compliance and project milestones are met
  • Maintain accurate records using Cheops project management software
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in the Data Centre or industrial construction sector
  • Strong working knowledge of Cheops is essential
  • Solid understanding of contract law, construction processes, and project closeout requirements
