About the Role:

- Assisting with contract preparation and management
- Managing variations and progress claims
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
- Maintaining accurate project documentation
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 2-5 years of experience in a Contract Administrator role
- Previous experience with a well known builder in this space
- A strong understanding of contract law and construction processes.
- A completed Construction Management degree
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
