Our client is a builder who have grown from a small fit out company to one of Australia’s largest builders in the past 30 years. Their national project portfolio varies from a $1M fit out to a $500M new build.

Their QLD operation has been operating for 20 years and deliver a mixture of fit outs/large refurbs and new build construction projects to a value of $400M. They have a fantastic name in the QLD market and a name that turns most people’s head.
  
The role –Contract Administrator
The Brisbane operation is currently extremely busy and are looking for some key people to join the team.
  
We are looking for a CA to join a commercial team on a $400M health project located south of the city. You will report to the Contracts manager on the project and be a key part pf the team.
  
This is a great opportunity for someone to get a landmark project on their CV which will run for the next 3 years.
  
  
What we are looking for:

• A minimum of 4/5 plus years as a CA
• A completed construction degree
• Previously worked for a known name in the industry
• Someone who can be self sufficient
• A team player
