The company
A builder who have been established for 35 years who operate in all states of Australia are known for delivering Commercial/agecare and Industrial projects from a value of $1M to $130M.
  
The company has two divisions which consists of a construction arm and a fit out and refurbishment arm, they are one of the main players in the tier 2 category delivering a great variety of projects are in need of a Contracts Administrator to join their team in their fitout and refurb division in Brisbane.
  

The role – Contract Administrator
As a Contracts Administrator you will be joining a builder who has an annual T/O of over $700M and have an attractive working environment. They will see this is a long term appointment so having stability on your CV is essential.
  
The initial project is a $16M refurb located in the CBD.

What you need
To be successful for this role of Contracts Administrator you will need:
  • A completed Construction Management degree
  • Experience with a well-known builder
  • Anything from 3 to 7 years experience as a CA
  • Fitout/refurb or new build experience considered
  • Able to work in team
  • Previous experience on Jobpac preferred
  • Good communicator
  • Ability to multitask
