CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a well established WA owned and operated tier 2 commercial construction head contractor who are seeking an intermediate level Contract Administrator to join their team in Perth due to growth and newly awarded projects. 

The Client

This commercial building contractor prides itself on a high quality project delivery, looking after their clients and sub contractors to ensure repeat business which has enabled them to have an excellent reputation within the industry. 

A proven track record of delivering a diverse range of projects with some high profile clients, both government and private. Project values typically range from the $10m-60m ballpark. 

The Role - Contract Administrator

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contract Administrator to join an established WA business with a strong financial backing, stable workforce, diverse projects book who invest in and develop their staff internally.

Culturally, a well balanced dynamic with a slightly younger team - with a focus on having a diverse and collaborative environment they have a positive culture within the business. The position will be an office based role, with ad-hoc visits to site (Perth metro) as and when required based from a central office location. 


We are seeking a Contracts Administrator with 3+ years experience specifically working on commercial construction projects within Australia - with exposure to either new build, refurbishment or fit out projects. 

A tertiary qualification in construction management or relevant degree, is also essential for the position. 

Salary will be aligned with experience, ranging from $130-140k + Super depending on experience.
