The Company:
  • Medium sized builder delivering fitout and refurbishment projects to the corporate real estate, educational and health sectors .
  • Offices in Sydney and Melbourne they currently employee a dedicated team of 80+ and are turning over in excess of $100M
  • They are a service driven business with many clients becoming with them since inception.
  • They deal with tier one consultants and subbies
The Position
  • Site based role for a Contract Administrator for 6 months in the Newcastle area on an office fit out project. Responsibilities include procurement, variations, claims
Background / Skillset
  
  • Degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Experience with a medium sized head contractor in - fitout  / refurb projects 
  • Experienced end to end in the project life cycle from cultivating opportunities > scoping > pricing > negotiation > delivery
