Our client is a builder who have grown from a small fit out company to one of Australia’s largest contractors in the past 30 years. Their national project portfolio varies from a $1M fit out to a $300M high rise.

Their QLD operation has been operating for 17 years and deliver a mixture of fit outs/large refurbs and new build construction projects to a value of $100M. They have a fantastic name in the QLD market and a name that turns most people’s head.
  
The role –Contract Administrator - $260M health project
The Brisbane office have recently been successful in securing two large health projects with one being a $260M project located on the north side of Brisbane.
  
The project won’t start construction until early 2024 but will start a heavy design/procurement phase with immediate effect and they are keen to get the team involved with the project as early as possible.
  
We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to be part of the team reporting to the projects Commercial lead.
  
What we are looking for:

• A construction degree
• Previous experience with a well known builder in the Tier 1 or Tier 2 space
• Previous health experience would be an advantage, but not essential
• Experience on projects of $40M plus
• Anything from 8 years plus experience as a CA
• Stability on your CV
• A team player
