The Company
We are currently working in partnership with a builder that has worked in the Brisbane & Sydney construction markets for over 10 years. Over that time, they have developed a reputation for producing a quality project on time and on budget. With the main bulk of their work within the Fit-out/Refurbishment and small new build market they have an established base of both client and subcontractors.

The role:
Contract Administrator for 3-4 months closing out on a $9m hotel fitout/ refurb project. ASAP start in south Sydney office

Experienced required:
    • Commercial acumen
    • Ability to problem solve
    • Hit the ground running, no training required
Main duties:
    • Back end tidy up of the project
    • Administrative – practical completion tasks, manuals
    • Subcontract negotiation and finalisation (back-end, final negotiation)
    • Reconciliation of subcontractor accounts and purchases
    • Invoice and claim processing
    • Head Contract variation management
    • Compilation of project cost report
