You’ll have real ownership and autonomy. From site selection and approvals through to fit-out and handover, you’ll run projects end-to-end, coordinating with contractors, architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
No two projects will be the same – you’ll move between large-scale new builds and fast-paced retail fit-outs, often in live trading environments where precision and efficiency are key.

What You Bring

• 5–10+ years’ project management experience across retail, commercial, or hospitality projects
• Confidence working across multiple live projects with a strong eye for detail
• A practical background (trade or technical) with the ability to keep builders accountable
• Strong stakeholder and consultant management skills
• The ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Construction management, Design, Engineering or Project Management is highly desirable
