Our clients' role is to actively grow and manage the supply of the right types of housing, at the right time, in the right areas, for people in need in our communities.

They are currently looking to engage a Compliance Inspection Officer for role until 29th December with the possibility to extend. This role is based in Parramatta and WFH, and is paying $56 p/h + super working 35 hours per week.

The purpose of this role is to undertake and report on field inspection and auditing activities/outcomes on Critical Building Services (CBS) work including Lifts, to verify contractor compliance with maintenance contract requirements in relations to CBS and Lifts.

Essential requirements

• Relevant Qualifications or accreditation in Quality Management principles and associated Australian
• Quality Standards or relevant work experience.
• Understanding of the Australian Building Codes, Australian Standards, Government or commercial probity and contracting standards.
• Relevant qualification and/or sound construction building maintenance and/or building construction experience/exposure, together with field inspection experience and measurement of performance against standards.

Desirable

• Experience in compliance inspections of building essential services and lifts.
• Current driver’s license.
