Step into a key delivery role on one of Victoria's most significant marine infrastructure upgrades. You'll join a high-performing corporate team in Perth while supervising complex on-site works involving piling, structural steel, heavy-duty concrete, and major civil construction activities.

We're seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor with a strong head-contractor background—ideally Tier 1 or Tier 2—who can drive safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery across a large-scale $100m+ marine project. This is an initial fixed-term contract offering a competitive package depending on experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinating subcontractors and direct labour to meet program, quality, and safety requirements
  • Monitoring progress, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring high standards of workmanship
  • Overseeing works including piling, structural steel, concrete pours, earthworks, and marine structures
  • Supporting site engineering and project management with planning and sequencing
  • Ensuring compliance with SWMS, environmental controls, and Tier 1 delivery standards
  • Contributing to short-term planning and site-based reporting
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor on large-scale civil or marine infrastructure projects (circa $100m)
  • Strong head contractor background — ideally Tier 1 or Tier 2
  • Solid understanding of complex scopes including piling, marine works, structural steel, and heavy civil
  • Strong safety leadership and demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors
  • Full working rights in Australia
Why This Role?
  • Work on a nationally significant marine infrastructure upgrade
  • Join a supportive Perth corporate team while delivering a major Victorian project
