WA family-owned civil contractor who specialise in work associated with civil construction‚ land development, underground services, earthworks and demolition.

Seeking applications from seasoned Site Supervisor to join their Perth Metro based team with requirements to travel between projects. You will be responsible for project execution and delivery, whilst utilising your experience in Civil Construction Industry.

Currently working on multiple projects across the metropolitan area from Two Rocks to Mandurah with projects ranging $2 to $10 million.

The Role 

• Supervising multiple projects simultaneously
• Managing construction crews of labourers, drainers, road builders, utility contractors, machine operators including selection and coordination of sub-contractors.
• Allocate team member tasks and monitor work to ensure quality standards are always maintained
• Proactively manage site operations to ensure compliance to all practices, policies, procedures and in accordance with statutory and local Shire regulations
• Lead pre-start meetings and oversee machinery pre-start checks
• Adhere to company policies and procedures; and
• Any other site leadership requirements that may arise.
  
  

Skills Required

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a civil construction supervisory position.
• Previous experience supervising land development/subdivision projects is essential.
• Communicate well, with all levels of the project team, with employees and subcontractors on site.
• Work with safety as a high priority, are always compliant.
• Adhere to policies and procedures in the execution of your work.
• A solutions mindset and strong focus in delivering exceptional results to your customer.
• Are highly organized with a good eye for detail.
• Are a people motivator; you make people want to do things better.
