Civil Supervisor - Road Infrastructure Upgrade Projects

We are currently seeking a Civil Supervisor to join our clients team and work on road infrastructure upgrade projects in Western Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing subcontractors and specialist subcontractors, ensuring that works are completed to the highest quality, safety, and within specified timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing subcontractors and specialist subcontractors on site
• Ensuring works are completed to the required quality standards
• Coordinating with project managers to ensure works are completed on time and within budget
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Reporting progress and any issues to project management

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably on road and bridge upgrade projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Valid driver's license
