In essence this role is to manage and direct key projects in their highly regarded urban development section.

This role will suit the Senior Civil Engineer looking to further their management experience: As a Civil Manager you will;

• Have the communication skills and technical knowledge to liaise with clients, contractors and councils.
• Have the commercial acumen to recognise business opportunities and assist company growth.

By being a motivated and enthusiastic leader of projects and people you will naturally have:

•  10+ years' experience
•  Residential land development experience
•  Consultancy and/or local government experience
•  Understanding of the residential land development process including statutory requirements
•  The ability to anticipate clients' needs and be solutions focused
