As a Construction Project Engineer, you’ll work across the full lifecycle, tendering, contract administration, site surveillance, and quality oversight, while partnering directly with clients, developers, councils, and government agencies. - $100,000 - $130,000 + Super
- Lead civil and land development projects through the delivery phase
- Manage contractors, procurement, progress claims, variations and program monitoring
- Attend site meetings, conduct hold points and ensure compliance with approvals and standards
- Build strong client relationships and become their trusted advisor
- Work in an environment that values proactive problem-solving, accuracy, and good communication
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering (RPEQ desirable)
- 2–5 years’ construction experience - contractor backgrounds welcome
- Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, understand civil construction, and manage QA
- Confident with contract admin, programming fundamentals, and stakeholder engagement
- A motivated communicator who enjoys client-facing work
- Exposure or knowledge of utility services
