Location: WFH home initially and then from head office 2 -3 day per week 


Brief description: 

The company is in the market for an experienced change professional and are hoping your agency might be able to assist.  We are looking at a rate of approx. $1000/day (inclusive) for this role.
  
The role will be required to lead the design and delivery of a change management strategy to assist in The companies implementation of the Energy Security Safeguard.  This change encompasses technology and business improvement initiatives and ways of working.  We are looking for candidates with experience in applying best practice change principles and processes and exceptional engagement skills. The person will also need to be comfortable with ambiguity and have the ability to execute change activities in an agile environment. Prior experience in delivering systems or technology related change would be a bonus. The change manager will need to:
  • Lead the design and delivery of change services, including change impact analysis, change management strategy and plan, change communications and incorporating the needs of both internal and external stakeholders to maximise adoption and minimise resistance to the change.
  • Provide expert advice to, and consult with, senior executives, people managers and stakeholders on complex and sensitive issues to enable sound decision-making on change management priorities and issues to ensure achievement of objectives, on time and to budget
  • Work closely with the program manager to manage ongoing business change readiness and related risks to facilitate informed discussions with executive stakeholders and develop appropriate change management strategies.
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress. Promote strong working partnerships with other relevant areas of the business to ensure change strategies and communications are aligned with key work stream activities and milestones as well as whole of the companies strategies.
