The Company 
Our client is a tier 2 contractor who have rapidly expanded since their inception back in 1980's.  The have secured a portfolio of projects and are now turning over $200M+. Due to the company expanding they are seeking someone who has an understanding of Adobe Creative Suite from a similar company in engineering, property, construction or architecture to join the team as a Bid Coordinator!

The Position
The Bid/Submission Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Estimating Manager and be responsible for coordinating and submitting a range of tenders and submissions including expressions of interest and other ad-hoc marketing, and communications materials.
Collaborating with a passionate team of dedicated professionals, you will leverage your experience, creative flair and overall passion for bid coordination as you make your mark across the wider organisation.

Duties & Responsibilities
The Bid/Submission Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the following tasks:
  • Coordinate the preparation of best-in-class proposals including expressions of interest, tenders, and presentations.
  • Utilising your valuable skills, knowledge and experience to drive bid inputs and ensure tender brief requirements are met, with a specific focus on writing and crafting tailored messaging for bids.
  • Providing high-level administrative support for tasks associated with bid and proposal preparation including data entry, editing, formatting, compiling, uploading and printing tenders and proposals for submission.
  • Create visually compelling print and design solutions for bids and proposals using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Assist with the organisation and management of company marketing resources including tender and proposal resources and information library, digital assets including the image library and any design files.
  • Liaison with internal suppliers/stakeholders for the creation of a wide variety of submission collateral including, but not limited to, project profiles and personnel profiles.
  • Assist the wider Liberty Industrial teams with any ad-hoc duties, as required.
  • Deliver the objectives and targets as collectively set by the Directors, General Manager and Marketing Manager.
Skills and Experience
  • Minimum of 2+ years working in a similar role or within marketing and graphics
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or comparable degree program, or previous experience in a similar position in support of bids, tenders and other marketing/communication tasks.
  • Intermediate-Advanced Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Advanced capability with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Accurate and highly attentive to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organisation skills and an ability to deal with several projects concurrently while successfully working to deadlines.
  • A strong communicator with effective interpersonal skills to support a diverse set of stakeholders.
  • A team player with the ability to work well collaboratively as well as autonomously.
  • A strong portfolio of submission works particularly evidence of graphic and editorial layouts.
