This is a unique chance for a successful project delivery lead to join a thriving consultancy as an Associate Director. You will help deliver hospital projects across NSW whilst reporting to the State Manager. You will lead and manage a small team whilst continuing to climb up the seniority ranks internally. - Overseeing and managing large Hospital projects – Public sector
 - Managing and engaging with high tier contractors, consultants, and engineers to ensure successful project delivery from initiation to completion.
 - Developing project plans, timelines, budgets, variations, and monitoring progress throughout the project lifecycle.
 - Monitoring and reporting project performance, providing regular updates to the client and the State Manager
 - The ability to work autonomously whilst managing and mentoring a small team of 4.
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
 - Proven track record of at least 8 years in project management, preferably within a consultancy environment.
 - Can have previous experience with Head Contractors too
 - Must have experience in delivering public health projects – Ideally having worked with or for Health Infrastructure NSW
 - Strong expertise and experience in general base building & building services
 - Excellent leadership –I.e. management of a team or division
 - Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
 - The ability to complete a construction project from initiation to completion
