Duties & Responsibilities - Assistant Project Manager

Working closely with the Senior Project Managers and Project Director on the below tasks:

• Provide high-quality project management services
• Contract administration, superintendent & principal representative services
• Co-ordinating and communicating with consultant teams and project stakeholders
• Maintaining project records, minute taking & other project management support services

Key Requirements

• 1 to 3 years experience working for a Project Management consultancy on building projects (commercial, healthcare, education, retail, industrial, aviation etc),
• Relevant tertiary education (Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar),
• Sound knowledge of construction industry legislation
• A confident and proactive communicator capable of working as part of a high performing team
• Polished and professional report writing skills
• Solid IT Proficiency
