You will:
  • Assist with the strategic management of all multi-faceted projects related to a large Property Development and Investment Strategy (PDIS) within NSW.
  • Assist with property development and feasibility analysis of the PDIS.
  • Lead and manage activities including specific projects, task and research that relate to the implementation of the property development projects
  • Assist with the operational management of finances and budget related to property development projects including cash flow and budget forecasting
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders (both internal and external)
  • Assist the Director or other team members with contract negotiations
  • Manage operational contractual management and administration of property development contracts/agreements
  • Assist with the implement communication strategy including sales and marketing plans
  • Assist with business support, project administration and office management services to the Property Development team, as required
  • Develop and create status and performance reports for property development activities
  • Assist with the facilitation of meetings and workshops
  • Recommend decisions to the Director and Development Team on project related issues
  • Ensure adequate budgeting is established for implementing risk control strategies
  • Ensure to take reasonable care of the health and safety of yourself, staff, visitors, contractors and volunteers whilst at work, and cooperate with Council to comply with WHS legislative obligations.
  • Ensure EEO, the principles for a culturally diverse society, and Council policies are always complied with.
  • Contribute to improved customer service and organisational effectiveness, by acting ethically, honestly and with fairness.
You will have:
  • Tertiary qualification in business, property development, finance and investment, construction or related degree
  • Ideally 1-3 years’ experience in project management role with the property industry
  • Experience with specialised in-house database management system
  • Sound experience in a property related role
  • Commitment to learn
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Sound analytical skills
  • Sound report writing
  • Project Management/coordination
