Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects related to higher education and social infrastructure.
- Conduct thorough business case analysis, feasibility studies, and financial modeling to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored consultancy services.
- Offer strategic advice and recommendations based on industry best practices and market trends.
- Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and project delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute to their professional development.
- Stay updated on industry developments, emerging trends, and regulatory changes to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction, Engineering, Economics, Architecture or similar.
- Proven experience (2+ years) working on higher education and social infrastructure projects.
- Strong expertise in business case writing, feasibility studies, and financial modeling.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results within specified timelines (Desired)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
