Position Overview: We are looking for a Mid-level/Senior Consultant with a proven track record in higher education and social infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance on business case writing, feasibility studies, and financial modeling, contributing to the success of both our clients and projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects related to higher education and social infrastructure.
• Conduct thorough business case analysis, feasibility studies, and financial modeling to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored consultancy services.
• Offer strategic advice and recommendations based on industry best practices and market trends.
• Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and project delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute to their professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction, Engineering, Economics, Architecture or similar.
• Proven experience (2+ years) working on higher education and social infrastructure projects.
• Strong expertise in business case writing, feasibility studies, and financial modeling.
• Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results within specified timelines (Desired)
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
