The Role:
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and maintaining efficient administrative operations?
Due to a promotion, the business is now seeking an all rounder administration assistant and customer service professional.
- We’re looking for someone who wants to be here long-term and would like to grow their career within the company.
- Depending on your experience, responsibilities could vary between compliance or reactive/repair works.
- You will have a lot of support in this role because the previous admin assistant is still there, after having been promoted.
- Answering phones and email enquiries
- Coordination of incoming service calls
- Raising and allocating a combination of maintenance and service works as required
- Scheduling and rescheduling technicians and subcontractor works
- Working with the team to manage shared email inboxes
- Ensuring field staff inductions are current and complete
- Job tracking to ensure works are carried out in the required timeframe
- Other reasonable ad hoc duties
- Previous minimum of 1 year fire industry experience (advantageous)
- Or experience in fire adjacent like HVAC, plumbing, electrical (advantageous)
- Previous minimum of 2 years coordinator/scheduling experience
- Working knowledge of SimPRO System (preferred but not required).
- Intermediate level of competency in Office Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- High level of attention to detail
- Work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize, problem solve and multi-task
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Upbeat, energetic and extremely personable personality

- $70-75k +Super
