The Role:
IMMEDIATE START
There is a vacancy to support the administration of the projects and support the engaging and friendly construction manager.
Your role will include:
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries/organise couriers
- Managing workflows and liaising with stakeholders
- Shuffling papers between stakeholders
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Clerical duties
- Assisting with creation of projects and document control
- Assisting with fee proposals, formatting documents, specifications and reports
- Subcontractor documentation management
- Invoicing processing, allocating
- Setting up templates
- Providing administration support to the wider office when necessary
- Previous basic Administration Experience - construction ideally
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise work
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Maturity, but enjoys an outgoing culture
