Job description

We are looking for an Operation Support Assistant who has an extensive background in customer service and Administration Support, preferably within a government environment. If you are an enthusiastic and passionate customer service officer and you enjoy interacting with customers over the phone to provide the best possible customer experience, please apply. 
  • 3 month contract opportunity with the NSW State Government
  • WORK FROM HOME (Anywhere in NSW)
  • $30.75 per hour + Super 
  • Award-winning training 
  • Provide front-line customer support to members of the public!
  • 35 hours per week, 7am-7pm Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
  • Review and investigate customer applications
  • contact and have detailed discussions with customers
  • Email correspondence with customers
  • Reviewing and addressing customer complaints
  • Using policies and procedures to determine outcomes of customer queries
  • Maintain a high level of service
  • Data entry
  • Outbound customer service
  • Assess of applications in line with a quality framework
MUST HAVES:  
  • Looking for people with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good computer skills - knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite - Salesforce Lightening experience would be beneficial but not required
  •  Previous Gov Experience is preferred but not required
  • Must have their own laptop and good internet connection 
  • Eligibility to work full-time in Australia (35hours a week)
