Job description
We are looking for an Operation Support Assistant who has an extensive background in customer service and Administration Support, preferably within a government environment. - 3 month contract opportunity with the NSW State Government
- WORK FROM HOME (Anywhere in NSW)
- $30.75 per hour + Super
- Award-winning training
- Provide front-line customer support to members of the public!
- 35 hours per week, 7am-7pm Monday to Friday
- Review and investigate customer applications
- contact and have detailed discussions with customers
- Email correspondence with customers
- Reviewing and addressing customer complaints
- Using policies and procedures to determine outcomes of customer queries
- Maintain a high level of service
- Data entry
- Outbound customer service
- Assess of applications in line with a quality framework
- Looking for people with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills - knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite - Salesforce Lightening experience would be beneficial but not required
- Previous Gov Experience is preferred but not required
- Must have their own laptop and good internet connection
- Eligibility to work full-time in Australia (35hours a week)
