In Deloitte’s most recent Global Human Capital Trends report, their consultants spoke with business leaders around the world and found that finding qualified talent is among their biggest challenges.

Of course, to recruiters and human resources specialists, it doesn’t take the like of Deloitte to confirm this as one of our daily battles. However, it does go to show how important this topic is.

When you add up all the individual factors – travel restriction, skills shortages, new working models, automation adoption rates, senior staff retiring, etc - it’s no surprise that recruitment has evolved into an intensifying war for talent.
