CGC Recruitment have partnered with a long standing client Nationally who are at the forefront of the infrastructure boom in QLD and deliver major projects across a number of sectors including Roads, Rail, Defence and Resources. 
 
As part of a JV Alliance they are involved with one of Brisbane most iconic Transport Infrastructure projects in the last 20 years and have identified a number of  urgent requirements for Site Based Engineers to join the project on a full time basis, working in the Structures Team. 
 
The project is an JV Alliance so you will work collaboratively with client, design house and other parts of the JV and will be responsible for assisting in the development of ITPs, putting schedules together and responsible for on site QA. Scope of works include; bulk excavation, services install, FRP structures, retaining walls, buildings works and steel installation including loading struts (flat jacking).
 
The position will involve working within the Rail corridor will involve complex project planning for short- and medium-term activities, including shutdowns, with experience in managing resources across concurrent work locations with multiple site interfaces.
 
The role will involve training and development and we are speak to logical Engineers with 2 years on site experience who are looking to develop as an Site Engineer over the next 18 months.
