We're looking for a Workshop Manager to lead our busy retail Truck & Trailer Repair workshop. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who has already stepped up from the tools and is ready to take charge of workflow, job prioritisation, and team performance.
What You'll Do:

  • Prioritise and schedule jobs to ensure timely turnaround for customers
  • Supervise and support a team of qualified HD fitters, apprentices, and support staff
  • Liaise with customers and parts suppliers to keep repairs moving
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer service
  • Diagnose complex issues and provide technical guidance when required
What You'll Bring:
  • Trade qualification as a Heavy Duty Fitter (or similar)
  • Proven workshop experience - ideally with trucks, trailers, or heavy vehicles
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a workshop environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
  • A problem-solving mindset with a "can-do" attitude
What We Offer:

  • Competitive remuneration package
  • Modern workshop facilities and tools
  • A positive team culture and room to grow
  • Job stability with a well-established business
