About the Role:
As Workshop Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy diesel truck repair facility. You’ll lead a team of skilled technicians, ensure high-quality workmanship, streamline workshop efficiency, and maintain top-tier safety and compliance standards.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead workshop staff, including technicians and apprentices
 
Oversee scheduling, job allocation, and workflow to maximise productivity
 
Ensure repairs and maintenance meet industry and safety standards
 
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
 
Monitor and manage workshop KPIs, budgets, and reporting
 
Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence

Proven experience in a workshop supervisory or management role
 
Strong knowledge of heavy diesel trucks and mechanical systems
