The Role:

High level clerical support including quality client service and undertaking projects and research. Duties include but not limited to:
  • Meeting and event coordination and travel/accommodation bookings
  • Data processing using SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Maintaining financial records, completing repetitive financial and purchasing transactions
  • Responding to enquiries
  • Updating and maintaining databases
You will:
  • At least 3 years administrative experience in which you were involved in high level duties
  • Proficient in SAP, Microsoft word and excel
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
