The Role
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has been created for an experienced Civil Supervisor to take ownership of site delivery across bulk earthworks and civil packages.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations and program
- Supervise subcontractors and direct labour
- Drive WHS compliance and site safety
- Monitor quality and construction progress
- Coordinate with project team and stakeholders
- Proven experience as Civil Foreman/Supervisor
- Strong background in bulk earthworks projects
- Solid understanding of WHS and site compliance
- Ability to lead crews and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and organisational skills
