We are representing a well-established, family-run national specialist subcontractor that has been operating across Australia for 15 years. With a strong pipeline of newly awarded projects across QLD, SA and WA, the business is seeking a motivated Site Engineer to join the team on a 2/1 FIFO roster from Brisbane.

The Opportunity
 
This role will support one of three recently awarded projects and will form part of a dynamic and experienced site crew. Reporting directly to a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a key role in the day-to-day engineering and delivery of predominantly concrete scopes.
 
This is a long-term opportunity offering structured growth, training, and development within a business that promotes from within.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Daily site engineering duties across concrete and civil scopes
  • Assisting with planning, programming and coordination of works
  • Quality assurance and ITP management
  • Managing subcontractors and work crews
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards
  • Reporting and supporting the Senior Project Engineer

About You
  • 2-3 years' post-graduate experience in civil or structural engineering
  • Proven experience delivering projects with predominantly concrete scopes
  • Strong understanding of FRP and structural concrete works
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, hands-on and solutions-focused attitude
  • Physically and mentally robust - comfortable working in remote and challenging environments
  • A team player who thrives in high-performance site teams
