Supervisor

Job description

Indigenous owned national business is seeking skilled and experienced supervisors to lead key civil infrastructure works on their upcoming project in Maddington - South of the river.

This role will oversee the on-site delivery of a broad range of civil construction activities, including:
  • Site clearance and environmental remediation
  • Bulk and detailed earthworks
  • Drainage and road construction
  • Installation of underground services
  • Construction of retaining structures

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily site operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity
  • Coordinate subcontractors, plant, and labour
  • Monitor and report on project progress, issues, and compliance
  • Ensure work is delivered to specification, program, and budget
  • Implement and enforce WHS policies and procedures
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within civil construction
  • Strong understanding of earthworks, drainage, roadworks, and service installation
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Current White Card and driver’s license
  • Relevant qualifications in Civil Construction or similar (preferred)
  • Familiarity with environmental remediation and retaining systems (advantageous)

On Offer
  • Project to commence in approximately 4-6 weeks
  • Hourly Rates - Weekly Pay 
  • $80 - $85 Per Hour + Super + Vehicle 
  • Perth Metro - Home every evening
  • Long-term project pipeline with a reputable and growing civil contractor
