Job description
Indigenous owned national business is seeking skilled and experienced supervisors to lead key civil infrastructure works on their upcoming project in Maddington - South of the river.
This role will oversee the on-site delivery of a broad range of civil construction activities, including:

This role will oversee the on-site delivery of a broad range of civil construction activities, including:
- Site clearance and environmental remediation
- Bulk and detailed earthworks
- Drainage and road construction
- Installation of underground services
- Construction of retaining structures
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity
- Coordinate subcontractors, plant, and labour
- Monitor and report on project progress, issues, and compliance
- Ensure work is delivered to specification, program, and budget
- Implement and enforce WHS policies and procedures
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within civil construction
- Strong understanding of earthworks, drainage, roadworks, and service installation
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Current White Card and driver’s license
- Relevant qualifications in Civil Construction or similar (preferred)
- Familiarity with environmental remediation and retaining systems (advantageous)
On Offer
- Project to commence in approximately 4-6 weeks
- Hourly Rates - Weekly Pay
- $80 - $85 Per Hour + Super + Vehicle
- Perth Metro - Home every evening
- Long-term project pipeline with a reputable and growing civil contractor
