Are you ready to step into a critical role where no two days are the same? We're looking for a proactive, switched-on Logistics Coordinator / Supervisor to join our growing team in civil construction.
You’ll play a key part in making sure trucks and machinery are where they need to be, when they need to be there – from large infrastructure jobs to smaller-scale projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and allocate a fleet of 25+ vehicles including side tippers, end tippers, floats, and support machines
• Ensure trucks and drivers are in the right place at the right time – every time
• Maintain constant communication via phone and systems with drivers, supervisors, and site managers
• Use logistics and scheduling software to plan daily operations and respond to real-time changes
• Manage delivery timelines, driver movements, and compliance documentation
• Be prepared to roll up your sleeves and help out when needed – this is a team-first, boots-on-the-ground role
• Liaise with project managers to forecast upcoming fleet and logistical needs

What We’re Looking For
✔ Previous experience in a similar logistics coordination or supervisory role, ideally in civil construction or heavy transport
✔ Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
✔ Highly organised and tech-savvy – you'll be on the phone and computer all day
✔ A practical, no-nonsense attitude and a strong team ethic
✔ Willingness to work outside the 9-5 when needed – we get the job done, whatever it takes
✔ Knowledge of road transport regulations and heavy vehicle compliance
