This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of finishes delivery on a landmark $80M+ mixed use project in Perth’s CBD.
The Opportunity
- Join a Tier 2 commercial builder with an excellent pipeline of projects in the WA market.
- Lead the finishes package on a large-scale mixed use development featuring apartments, hotel, retail and lifestyle spaces.
- Deliver high-end architectural finishes to exacting standards, working alongside an experienced project team.
- Supervise finishes trades across multiple work fronts to ensure quality, safety, and program compliance.
- Coordinate subcontractors, ensuring sequencing and workmanship aligns with project requirements.
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and resolve defects promptly.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and CA to track progress, manage issues, and achieve milestones.
- Uphold HSE standards, driving a strong safety-first culture on site.
- Proven track record as a Site Supervisor, Foreman or Finishes Supervisor on commercial or mixed-use projects $50M+.
- Strong knowledge of architectural finishes and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to get the best out of subcontractors.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes and maintaining program deadlines.
