With a strong pipeline of work in hand for the foreseeable future this builder / developer are well placed to offer a solid career for an accomplished and professional General Foreman ready to step up or a Site Manager looking to work for a stable and well run organisation.

The initial project is a multi stage residential project which is already underway valued at over $100m based in Schofields. Ideally we are looking to appoint someone by the end of Jan.

You will naturally have the ability to manage work flow and drive structure through to finishes with a team of Foreman to manage day to day safety, design and work quality.

With the majority of work in the Western Suburbs of Sydney you will ideally be based in the area. 

To be successful for this role you will:

• Come from a trade background
• Proven experience in Australia delivering projects of $20M plus
• Experience across different sectors is preferred, you must have proven experience delivering residential projects
• Able to lead from the front
• A stable career with previous employers
• Take full responsibility for your project
• Able to manage and coordinate a large team
