Over a period of 20+ years they have established themselves as a market leader with both end user clients and architects in helping to deliver dream homes
  
With a number of projects on the horizon in the Eastern Suburbs, including a $5m new build and $2.5m homes extension, they are looking to a Site Manager/Foreman to the team 

The Person

The ideal candidate will have the following  

• Previous experience managing sites in the high-end space 
• Experience working on projects $2m plus
• Looking to cement themselves with a company for the long-term
• Knowledge of architectural drawings
• Carpentry background - may have to mentor young members of staff 
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships internally as well as externally.
