The Opportunity:
Move from the stress and hours of tier 1 / 2 builders to a smaller, boutique builder developer.
Here you will focus on only one project at a time, with a solid team that moves from project to project together. Projects are luxury apartments at around $20M in value.
Their next project kicks off late January / early February, so they would like to get somebody in soon with ample time to set the project up correctly from the start. You will have a lot of say and authority in the team set up and how the project is run.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager with a proven track record delivering residential apartment constructions projects from $10M-$30M in value for established Australian contractors/developers.
- Background in trades
- Stability with previous employers as this is a long-term career with development potential, longevity with former employers will be favourable
- Well established subcontractor and supplier network in Gold Coast
- Must be proactive, self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to deliver quality projects on time.
- As this is a long-term career with development potential, longevity with former employers will be favourable
- Exposure to the full life cycle of projects from excavation to handover
- Drivers Licence, CPR & First aid certificate required plus construction induction safety certificate (white card)
- Computer skills and knowledge of Procore an advantage
