Site Manager - 6 month contract 

The Company

A highly regarded builder established for 100 years operating in NSW, QLD and VIC have an Age Care project which has already started in the Surry hills area, and due to new project wins they need to engage a contract SM to see out the remaining 6 months of the build.
  
With a T/O of over  $400M this well-run builder are continuing to grow and are now delivering projects valuing $10M to $100m covering the commercial, Industrial, hospitality and age care sectors. 
  
With a new contract award we are actively searching the market for a Site Manager who is looking for a new challenge and would fit in to a professional and thriving builder.  
  
The Role

As the Site Manager you'll take control of safety compliance, drive programmes, while ensuring the reputation of the client is upheld throughout the build. Working with a high level of sub contractors you'll enjoy working with trades who understand safety and deliver quality work consistently.
  
The project involves about 4/5 levels which is already out the ground so there is a small amount of structures and then within the month it will be internals and facades
