We're looking for a highly skilled professional to lead a team on an exciting $30 million education build in Ipswich. About the Role
As the Site Manager, you will be the driving force behind this landmark project. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. You'll manage all site activities, including supervising subcontractors, coordinating with the project team, and maintaining a strong focus on safety protocols.

What We're Looking For
We're searching for a leader who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on projects of a similar size and scope (over $20 million).
• Prior experience working with a Tier 2 or large Tier 3 builder.
• A deep understanding of construction methodologies, site management, and project scheduling.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• A strong commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
