The Company

• You will be joining a highly sort after commercial builder that has an impeccable reputation and is a household name within the mid tier market.

• Projects range from $10M - $50M across sectors that include educational, health, aged care, community, sporting and heavy refurb
• They have worked based all over Sydney and will ensure that site staff work as close to home as possible.

The Position

• Deliver a $20M new build aged care project based in Sydney’s west.
• Work closely with the site team ensuring project milestones are hit and safety, quality, programme adhered too.
• You will receive support from a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator and senior leaders
• You will work with loyal subbies that are known, trusted and paid on time.
• Working hours will be in line with industry standards which means that some Saturday work will be expected however roasted.

Background / Experience

• Trade qualifications with additional tertiary building certificates advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to have independently delivered projects in excess of $10M
• Must have experience working across new build construction projects 
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and manage personnel and operate cohesively within a team environment
• Strong technical, planning & programming skills
• Extensive knowledge around logistical planning for commercial / aged care projects 
• Good safety & company system management knowledge
• Valid Drivers Lic

Salary will be in line with experience however figures between 180K – 220K can be expected
