This company is a renowned tier 2 building contractor operating all over Australia. Turning over more than $600M and currently employing over 300 full time staff nationally. They operate across most sectors including commercial, residential, health, education and hold pre-qualifications for federal and state government projects valued up to $50M.
Their QLD operation are consistently winning and delivering projects valuing anything from $500K to $50M.
The role – Site Manager
The business has been successful in winning several tenders in 2022. The initial project is a $10M education project located on the south side of Brisbane. We are looking for a competent Site Manager who is capable of delivering a project of this size.

- A trade background
- Previous experience delivering these size projects
- A Tier 2 or large Tier 3 background
- Commercial project experience
- Stability with previous employers
- Able to work in live environments
