This company is a renowned national fit out and refurbishment contractor with offices across the country. They complete a wide range of large commercial fit out and refurbishment projects operating within Government and corporate sectors. In recent times they have also moved into new build construction.
  
The role – Site Manager (new build)
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the team to work on high end residential apartment project located in Manly. The project is valued at around $20M and will start in the new year.  
  
What we are looking for:

• A trade background
• Previous experience with a known QLD builder
• Mixture of project experience is preferred, some residential experience is key
• Stability with previous employers
• Currently hold a QLD Supervisors ticket
• Be well presented as you will be working with CBD clients
