4 decades of experience delivering work for well-known government organisations as well as private sector educational and aged care providers. Over the last 4 years they have started making a name for themselves in the high-spec lux residential market. So far they have successfully delivered a projects in the East, South and have now made inroads into the north beaches.
  
The Position
  
The scope of works will be to deliver a $15M luxury apartment block, 4 storeys 11 units based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.  We are looking for someone that has delivered residential projects and is effective at driving a programme whilst maintaining an high architectural finish.
  
Ideal background

• Carpentry trade with management/coordination experience delivering multi storey residential projects
• Ability to plan, coordinate and manage sub-contractors on residential projects (both structure and finishes)
• Ability to interpret drawings and programmes and develop short term programmes
• Good communication and an intermediate level of computer literacy
