Position
Reporting to the Construction Manager this position will oversee projects valued from $1m - $10M. Our client has a bottleneck of works coming up and are looking to give someone in the process of taking the next step in their career an opportunity to step up. You will have come from a carpentry background and already had exposure to running projects autonomously to be suitable for this position.
The projects will essentially be scheduled and programmed by the Project Manager and the core responsibility will be to oversee the day to day activates to ensure safety and quality are adhered to

Ideal Background
- Carpentry trade with management/coordination experience on commercial fitout projects
- Ability to plan, coordinate and manage sub-contractors
- Previous experience working with a well-run builders on commercial fitout projects
- Good communication and an high level of computer literacy
